How Our Network Works
Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent concrete provider in our network. That may be an estimator, an office coordinator or the contractor directly. Danceindicated Concrete does not do the work, so we do not send crews or staff to your home. The provider you speak with is the business that quotes and schedules the job.
What Happens on the Call
Expect a short, practical conversation. The provider will ask what you want built, the approximate size and what you see on the current slab. Photos help. Many providers can respond quickly, though availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability in your area.
A site visit usually follows for measuring, checking drainage and looking at the base. Then you receive a written quote.
What to Ask an Independent Provider
Keep the list short and specific:
- What is included in the quote, and what is not?
- How will the base be prepared and compacted?
- What thickness and reinforcement do you plan to use?
- How will water drain away from the house?
- Are permits needed, and who handles them?
- What is the timeline, and what can delay it?
- How is stamped concrete sealed, and how often should it be resealed?
If the answers are vague, keep comparing.
You Are in Control
A quote is not a contract. Talk to more than one provider if you want. Compare scope, materials and schedule side by side. Nobody in the network is allowed to rush you, and there is no obligation to move forward. Compare, then decide.
If you are weighing concrete driveway repair against a full replacement, ask each provider to explain both and show where the slab is failing. If the real issue is a foundation, a separate specialist is the right call.
