About Danceindicated Concrete and How Referrals Work

A Referral Service, Plainly Stated

Danceindicated Concrete helps homeowners in Green and the Green area find independent concrete providers for new driveways, stamped concrete and patios. We are not a contractor. We do not pour, cut or finish anything. Providers in our network do the work, under their own names and terms.

Why This Exists

Concrete jobs are big, and the first step is confusing. A homeowner spots a crack or a sinking corner, then wonders who to contact and what to ask. Danceindicated Concrete treats those early signs as the cue to plan. Read the slab, then act before a small flaw turns into a full tear-out.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you have in mind: a new driveway, a stamped finish, a patio. Your request goes to a local provider that handles that kind of concrete flatwork. Availability varies by provider and season. Request a callback to check provider availability, or use the request form.

What We Expect From Providers

Every provider in our network is an independent business. We ask them to:

  • Explain the scope in plain terms
  • Put quotes in writing
  • Answer questions without pressure
  • Follow local permit and code rules
  • Be clear about what is and is not included

Each provider sets their own prices, schedule and terms.

What We Do Not Do

We do not do concrete work. We do not set prices. We do not inspect your property or give engineering advice. If cracks suggest a settling foundation, that is a job for foundation repair experts, and a qualified specialist should look at it first. Some insurance policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners do not pay Danceindicated Concrete to request an estimate. Providers may pay a referral fee when they are connected with a homeowner. That arrangement is separate from the price you agree on with a provider.

Compare, Then Decide

Get more than one written quote if you can. Compare scope, base preparation, thickness, reinforcement, drainage and finish. Look past the bottom line to what is actually included. Typical U.S. prices for a plain concrete driveway often fall between about $6 and $12 per square foot, and stamped work usually costs more. Ranges vary by job, so rely on a written quote.
