How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Danceindicated Concrete wants everyone who contacts it to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Bring to Us
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when calling or messaging Danceindicated Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have an issue with work at your home, raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.
Tell us as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Danceindicated Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.
Filing a Complaint
Email contact@danceindicated.bar and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you want
After You Write
We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask for another review. You can also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
